Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), also known as the registration number of the taxpayer identification card (tax number), is a ten-digit digital number issued by the State Tax Inspection to individuals for tax purposes.
You will need a tax number in the following cases:
- Employment;
- Registration as an individual entrepreneur or the registration of a company in Ukraine;
- Opening a bank account;
- Purchasing real estate or expensive personal property, such as a car;
- Other financial transactions for which you are required to pay taxes.
If you are a foreigner and wish to obtain a tax number in Ukraine, you will need to contact us. We will prepare a power of attorney on your behalf for representation in tax authorities, as well as translate your passport. If you already have a temporary or permanent residence permit, a copy of the permit will be sufficient.
